Pak team announced for World Cup

The selection committee led by former Pakistan captain Inzamam-ul-Haq has announced a 15-member Pakistan team for the 2019 World Cup. Pacer Mohammad Aamir, who took 60 wickets in 50 ODIs, has not been included in it. In March, pacer Mohammed Hasnain, who has been debuting, has got a place in the team, headed by Sarfaraz Ahmed.

PCB chief selector Inzamam-ul-Haq announced the names of the World Cup team and two reserve players. Inzamam said that 11 players of the 2017 Champions Trophy winning team have got place in the World Cup team. The Pakistan World Cup is as follows: Sarfraz Ahmed (captain), Fakhar Jaman, Imam-ul-Haq, Abid Ali, Babar Azam, Shoaib Malik, Haris Sohail, Mohammad Hafeez, Shadab Khan, Imad Wasim, Hasan Ali, Faheem Ashraf , Shahin Shah Afridi, Junaid Khan and Mohammed Hasnain Asif Ali and Mohammad Aamir are the reserve players.
