North Korea launched several short-range missiles in East Sea on 04 May 2019. This information was given by issuing a statement from South Korea's Joint Chief of Staff (JCS). Missiles were launched from Wonson of the Hondo Peninsula, located on the east coast of North Korea.

Missiles flew 70 to 100 km in the Eastern Sea. This test has been done at a time when the international community is negotiating with the nuclear disarmament of the Korean Peninsula.
