                          PV Sindhu and Neeraj Chopra were best player (ESPN India Sports Awards)!

Indian badminton player and Olympic medal winner PV Sindhu was recently honored with the Best Female Players Award at ESPN India Multi Sports Awards. His extra spear thrower Neeraj Chopra was also chosen as the best Indian player of the year 2018.

ESPN India Sports Awards has been selected as the best female and male player of the year for 2018, Sindhu was chosen to become the Champion of the BWF World Tour Finals Tournament played in China for this award. On the other hand, Neeraj Chopra, besides winning gold in Commonwealth Games and Asian Games, had also set a national record for throwing 88.06 meters in the previous year.

• Bronze Medalist Saina Nehwal was selected for the 'Year of the Returning Player' award at the London Olympics -2012. Saina Nehwal also won the Bronze at the Asian Games in badminton player.

• Jaspal Rana, coach of Indian Shooting Team, was selected for the 'Best Coach of the Year' award, under the guidance of Jaspal Rana, India won 16 medals in the 2018 Commonwealth Games.
