Jaideep Sarkar appointed new High Commissioner of India to South Africa

The Government of Jaideep has been appointed as the new High Commissioner of India to South Africa on behalf of the Government of India. According to the information released by the Ministry of External Affairs, they will soon be taking their charge. Jaideep Sarkar is the 1987 batch officer of the Indian Foreign Service.

At present, the Jaideep Government is appointed as Ambassador of India to Bhutan. Jaideep has worked in the Finance Ministry between 1992-96. There he was looking at the matter of economic relations with member countries of the European Union.

He has served in Indian mission based in Tokyo, Seoul and Bangladesh, he was appointed director in the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) in 2004. Suhail Ejaz Khan has appointed the next ambassador to Lebanon.

Suhail Ejaz is India's 'Deputy Chief of Mission' in Saudi Arabia.
