Indian origin scientist Gagandeep Kang has become the first woman to join the Royal Society. She is the first Indian female scientist to be selected in the 358-year history of the prestigious Fellow Royal Society (FRS).

Gagandeep Kang of Faridabad in Haryana has made his place in this list with his hard work. Yusuf Hameed, a renowned scientist and businessman, is among the celebrities of this year's prestigious 'Royal Society'. Among the Indian-origin experts included in the 'Royal Society 2019' list, Hamid's name is also included.
