Dhoni becomes first player to captain 4000 runs 

Chennai Super Kings captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has become the first player to score 4000 runs in IPL history.

Dhoni achieved this feat in the IPL-12 match against the Royal Challengers Bangalore on April 21, 2019. At the same time, his highest score of 84 not out in T-20 cricket made by Dhoni in this match is also his highest score.
