CJI Ranjan Gogoi case involved in Indu Malhotra inquiry committee

Justice Indu Malhotra has been included on April 25, 2019, in a three-member probe committee set up to investigate allegations of sexual harassment against Supreme Court Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi.

The Supreme Court had set up a committee of three sitting judges - Justice SA Bobde, N.V. Raman and Indira Banerjee, while ordering departmental inquiry in this matter, but Justice NV Raman has refused to join the investigation.
