Actor Sunny Deol joins BJP

Actor Sunny Deol

Bollywood actor Sunny Deol has joined the BJP. In the presence of Defense Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, the actor joined the BJP. He is contesting on BJP ticket from Gurdaspur in Punjab.

Gurdaspur is one of the 13 Lok Sabha seats in Punjab. This seat was won by the famous actor Vinod Khanna in the year 2014. However, BJP had to face defeat in the by-election by Vinod Khanna's demise.
