"According to the Supreme Court, women troubled by dowry harassment can enter anywhere" FIR!
  • The Supreme Court observed on 9th April, 2019 an important issue, that in the in-laws, victims of harassment can file lawsuits from their mothers and from wherever they are.
  • This arrangement has been taken by the Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi, Justice L. Nageshwar Rao and Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul, who have disposed of six petitions filed by the states.
