Rajiv Saxena has suffered a major setback in the Augusta Westland case from the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has put an interim ban on the Delhi High Court's decision. After the Supreme Court's decision, Rajeev Saxena can not go abroad anymore.

Along with this, the Supreme Court has ordered the AIIMS Director to constitute a medical board. It will report the health report of the medical board, Rajiv Saxena, to the court in three weeks.

Enforcement Directorate (ED) has challenged the Delhi High Court's decision in the Supreme Court, in which the High Court allowed Rajiv Saxena to go abroad. The High Court allowed Rajiv Saxena to go abroad on the basis of health.

The Supreme Court said that we have to see the health of Rajeev Saxena and also see the ED's apprehension in which ED is saying that Saxena will not come back from abroad.
