Saudi Arabia becomes the first Arab country to provide full FATF membership

Saudi Arabia has become the first Arab country to provide full membership of the financial action work force. It became FATF's 39th member during the annual general meeting of the group in Orlando, Florida.

FATF is responsible for issuing international standards, policies and best practices for money laundering, tackling terrorist financing and dissemination.
