National Thermal Power Corporation Limited and Power Grid Corporation of India Limited have signed an agreement to set up National Power Distribution Company Limited.
NEDCL 50:50 will be a joint venture company on equity basis. The main objective of the initiative is to enter the power distribution business on the basis of PAN India.
