Treaty of Paris
Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance hosted the meeting of the Expert Working Group on the Paris Treaty Initiative in New Delhi. This meeting focuses on the illegal financial flows generated by the smuggling of the Opiates in Afghanistan.
The meeting is being organized in collaboration with United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime. In the meeting, representatives of the member countries of the Paris Treaty, regional representatives of UNODC and senior officers of Indian agencies like DRI, ED and NCB will participate.
