"Victory of Vijay Mallya dismissed by British High Court"
- London High Court has rejected Vijay Mallya's plea against extradition. By filing petition against extradition, Mallya had made another attempt to save herself but has rejected her plea from the court.
- Earlier, the UK's Home Secretary Sajid Javid had signed Mallya's extradition order, against the decision of the UK government, Mallya appealed to the High Court.
- Justice William Davis rejected the plea of Mallya to allow an appeal against the extradition. Mallya has 5 days to apply for oral consideration. If any application is made again, then the matter will go before the High Court judge. |
