Shri Rajendra Kumar Nayak 

Shri Rajendra Kumar Nayak took charge as 52nd Director General Defense Accounts on April 22, 2019. He is from the 1983 batch Indian Defense Accounts Service.

During the career period of more than 35 years, Mr. Nayak has done important work in the Department of Defense Accounts and on deputation to the Government of India. He has vast and diverse experience in managing the finance, personnel, salary and budget matters of the Ministry of Defense.

He was the Additional Director General of Defense Accounts Department, Defense Accounts Department, Ministry of Defense before taking over the CGDA.
