Swachch Bharat Grand Challenge Award announced

  1. As part of the Swachhta Pakhwada held from 1 to 15 November 2018, Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP) organised a ‘Swachch Bharat Grand Challenge’.
  2. This was organised to reward innovative solutions by DIPP recognized Start-ups in the country.
  3. Four areas of sanitation, waste management, water and wastewater management, and air management were selected for the grand challenge.
