  1. Portuguese airline ‘Hi Fly’ introduced single-use plastic free flight on 29 December 2018.
  2. The flight took off from Lisbon to Natale, Brazil, without a single piece of single-use plastic on board.
  3. There were no plastic cups, plastic silverware, plastic cocktail stirrer, and plastic food containers.
