Myanmar announces Visa-On-Arrival Facility

  1. Myanmar decided to start a visa-on-arrival facility for Indian tourists, reports the Deccan Herald.
  2. The visit is part of India’s ‘Act East’ and ‘Neighbourhood First’ policies.
  3. Mr Kovind also visited a temple of goddess Kali which is managed by a trust represented by people who came to Myanmar from different regions of India.
