MoU b/w India and Zimbabwe approved

  • The Union Cabinet gave approval to the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between India and Zimbabwe for cooperation in the field of geology, mining and mineral resources on 6 December 2018.
  • The objectives of the MoU: Exchange of information on resources, laws and policy, and encouragement of transfer of technologies in the mining sector.
  • The MoU was signed on 3 November 2018.
