Japan to support various development projects

1. India will receive a loan of Rs 66.68 billion from Japan for various development projects.
2. The loan will be used to develop the phase two of the Chennai metro project, a dairy development project, and a programme for Japan-India cooperative actions towards Sustainable Development Goals in India.
3. India is the largest recipient country of Japanese Official Development Assistance (ODA) in 2018.
