IIT-Mandi professor won Biotechnologist Award

1. Rajanish Giri has been awarded the ‘Innovative Young Biotechnologist Award (IYBA) 2018’.
2. He was selected for his proposed innovative idea on Zika virus Capsid Folding and inhibitor discovery.
3. He is the assistant professor from the Indian Institute of Technology-Mandi (IIT-Mandi).
4. The ‘Innovative Young Biotechnologist Award’ (IYBA) was instituted by the Department of Biotechnology in 2005.
