- An Agreement between the Government of India and the Government of Peru on Co-operation and Mutual Assistance in Customs Matters was signed on 5 December 2018.
- It provides a legal framework for sharing of information and intelligence between the Customs authorities of the two countries.
- It is expected to facilitate trade and ensure efficient clearance of goods traded between the countries.
