ADB enters into an arrangement with World Bank

  • Asian Development Bank (ADB) has entered into Alternative Procurement Arrangement (APA) with the World Bank on 6 December 2018.
  • The new arrangement allows co-financed projects to be implemented more efficiently by applying a single framework ​for the whole project.
  • It will reduce transaction costs for ADB’s clients.
